My name is Linnea, and I'm a member of Revive to Thrive. I've been on a health journey for quite some time - struggling with anxiety and depression, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and skin and gut issues. Over time I've come to understand that much of it stems from nervous system dysregulation.
Having lived with an eating disorder for many years meant being in a more or less constant state of stress, and since then my body never truly had the opportunity to return to a sense of safety and trust.
In 2024, I hit rock bottom again. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, desperate to find out what was 'wrong' with me. I spent an immense amount of time searching for information, trying new approaches - just to end up even more stressed. Everything felt like a threat.
I'd been following Thomasine on Instagram for a while, inspired by her holistic approach - especially the notion that we can influence our own healing. When I saw she'd created Revive to Thrive, I felt called to join.
"What I love about this membership is how much it covers. The course looks at health from every angle - mindset, our relationship with ourselves, stress and the nervous system, nutrition, gut health, exercise, sleep... all of it. It just feels so well thought out. And everything is backed up by science."
The structure really works for me - short lessons followed by daily actions that help you put things into practice. Now I have a little toolbox I can use when needed.
"There's something really powerful about sharing your journey with others. I always leave the calls feeling both supported and inspired. Thomasine has this way of meeting you where you are, while also giving you a gentle push towards your goals."
One of the biggest shifts has been around identity - how I see myself, speak to myself, and the story I live by. While stress is unavoidable, I feel better equipped to meet it now.
The course has helped me reconnect with myself in such a meaningful way, and I'm so grateful to be part of the community 🤍
