A Revive to Thrive Member's Story

My name is Linnea, and I’m a member of Revive to Thrive.

To start with some background, I’ve been on a health journey for quite some time, with many ups and downs along the way, having struggled with things like anxiety and depression, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, as well as skin and gut issues. Not knowing for sure what was happening in my body, over time I’ve started to think that much of it stems from nervous system dysregulation. Having lived with an eating disorder for many years meant being in a more or less constant state of stress, and since then, it feels as though my body never truly had the opportunity to return to a sense of safety and trust.

In 2024, I hit rock bottom again. Having ignored the whispers from my body, those turned into louder screams which eventually forced me to hit the brakes. I was exhausted and overwhelmed, desperate to find out what was ‘wrong’ with me. I spent an immense amount of time searching for information, trying new approaches - just to end up even more stressed. Everything felt like a threat.

I’d been following Thomasine on Instagram for a while, inspired by what she has shared about her own health journey and her holistic approach - especially through the notion that we can influence our own healing. When I saw that she’d created Revive to Thrive, I felt called to join.

What I love about this membership is how much it covers. The course looks at health from every angle - mindset, our relationship with ourselves, stress and the nervous system, nutrition, gut health, exercise, sleep… all of it. It just feels so well thought out.

And everything is also backed up by science,

adding a layer of trustworthiness.

Overall it’s been very helpful to try out different techniques, and now I have this little toolbox of mine that I can use when needed.

One of the biggest shifts for me has been around identity - how I see myself, speak to myself, and the story that I live by. I’m more aware of my old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve me, as I’ve come to understand how much this shapes how one feels both physically and mentally.

While stress is unavoidable, I feel better equipped to meet it now that I have all of these tools and strategies to regulate my nervous system. I’m still facing some challenges when it comes to my health, but I’m in a much better place now. I’m building trust in myself and my body’s ability to heal by continuing to show up for myself every day.

I’m so impressed by Thomasine - her warmth, knowledge, and her ability to connect the dots and see the bigger picture. The way she has poured her heart into creating this course is just.. WOW.
